Processing Instructions
Step Magnet belong to shaped magnets, and the processing of shaped magnets is strictly carried out in accordance with the order of batching - melting - molding - sintering - shaped processing - chamfering - electroplating - magnetizing - and finally packaging.
The alloy is crushed and screened, and then molded into step blanks by pressing. The blanks are sintered in a high-temperature vacuum environment to ensure a dense structure. Subsequently, the steps are shaped and polished to the designed dimensions. The corners are chamfered according to customer requirements to enhance structural strength and aesthetics.
Upon completion of the above procedures, the preliminary shaped magnets are plated to enhance corrosion resistance, generally with nickel-copper-nickel, or gold or zinc plating.
Finally, magnetization is carried out in a specific direction to give a strong magnetic force. After strict quality inspection, by the packaging department workers or CCD machine to select the unqualified products finished products, arranged neatly, the finished step magnets sealed with plastic film, loaded into the small size of the carton and then uniformly loaded to the large size of the carton, there is a EPE foam as a sandwich shock-proof, our Step Magnet is carefully packaged ready for delivery.
