LASER CUTTING WORKSHOP

 

The laser cutting process not only improves production efficiency, but also greatly improves cutting accuracy (product consistency). Compared with the traditional wire cutting process, it greatly reduces the production process and production time, and truly achieves industrialized standardized production.

GRINDING WORKSHOP

 

The cylindrical grinder is mainly used for coarse and fine grinding of the outer diameter of cylindrical blanks. The coarse grinding removes the black oxide produced during sintering, and the fine grinding is based on the outer diameter tolerance requirements of the finished magnets on the order, and is finely processed within the tolerance range. After the cylindrical grinding, all the columns will enter the next process, the gluing of the magnet light column, in preparation for batch slicing.
