Halbach Array Magnets, this magnet display is composed entirely of rare-earth permanent magnet materials (usually NdFeB), by arranging permanent magnets with different magnetization directions according to a certain law, it is able to converge the magnetic lines of force on one side of the magnet and weaken the magnetic lines of force on the other side, so as to obtain a more ideal unilateral magnetic field. This is of great importance in engineering, and Multi-poles magnetized magnet are widely used in industrial applications such as nuclear magnetic resonance, magnetic levitation, and permanent magnet special motors due to their excellent magnetic field distribution characteristics.
Halbach permanent magnets are produced by first making a complete magnet by mould filling or pressing, and then magnetizing it in a special fixture. The array structure produced by this method is similar to the one shown in the figure below, which is highly efficient and easy to achieve mass production.
