Aging, I believe we are not unfamiliar, mechanical equipment parts will have aging, as for speed, depending on the maintenance, NdFeB magnets will also age, then what are the reasons for the aging of NdFeB magnets?

1. Wet

Wet or salt spray environment is not conducive to the preservation of NdFeB magnets. Long-term in this environment will make the NdFeB magnet surface corrosion, and then the phenomenon of NdFeB magnet aging. The solution is that the coating should choose the coating of 24 hours salt spray test or the longer term 48, 72 hours salt spray test coating.

2. High temperature

NdFeB magnets have different raw materials such as N files and M files. Different materials have different operating temperatures and Curie temperatures. For example, the N-grade NdFeB magnet, its working temperature is 80 ° C, more than this temperature, the magnetism of the NdFeB magnet will be lost. At Curie temperature, it completely loses its magnetism. Generally speaking, when the higher temperature is reached, the magnet will be damaged, resulting in aging damage to the NdFeB magnet.
